Gas into Balloon Experimaent

How to fill a balloon with Gas.

With our experiment, we are learning how to fill a balloon with gas from a Pepsi bottle.

Materials:

• Balloon
• Pepsi bottle

Method:

Step One..

Open the lid from the Pepsi bottle.

Step Two..

Place your balloon on top of the Pepsi bottle.

Step Three..

Let the gas come out of the Pepsi bottle and into the balloon.

Step Four..

Shake the bottle a little bit so the gas rises more into the balloon.

Step Five..

Watch the balloon rise!

Conclusion:

When we put the balloon on the bottle of Pepsi, the gas (carbon dioxide) escaped into the balloon and it inflated a little bit. When we shook the bottle, the gas risen more faster, making the balloon inflate more bigger and faster.

Turning Solids to Liquid to Solid experiment.

How to turn something to solid to liquid to solid.

With our experiment we were able to turn solid to liquid to solid.

Materials:  

• Water
• Raro
• Wooden spoon
• Ice block sticks
• Cups
• Jug

Instructions:

Step One Open the raro packet.

Step two Pour the raro into the water jug.

Step three Add the water to the water jug.

Step four Stir with the wooden spoon until it dissolves.

Step five Pour the liquid into the cups.

Step six Add the ice block sticks in the cups.  step seven Put the cup into the freezer.                 

step eight Wait until it has turned into a solid and then you can eat it!   

Conclusion:

When you put the liquid into the freezer the cold temperature turns it into a solid.
